Send us your managing agent's requirements and we issue a certificate of insurance before the visit.
Doormen and supers
We let the front desk know who to expect, and work around the super's schedule for walk-ups.
Rolled, wrapped, insured
Rugs are rolled against the pile, wrapped for travel and insured from your door and back again.
Laid back in place
On return we lay the rug, set the pad and move the furniture back where it was.

We collect oriental rugs from apartments, co-ops, townhouses and brownstones across Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens. How each rug is washed, tested and dried is set out on our rug cleaning page; silk pieces follow our silk rug cleaning method, and older or finer rugs may go to conservation instead.
Where the work is done depends on the piece and what it needs. Cleaning, repair and restoration are carried out at our Williston Park workshop or in your home, and our Greenpoint studio in Brooklyn is there for city clients to bring a piece in and meet us. Pickup and delivery are free.

- Yes. We book collection and delivery inside your building's permitted hours and use the service entrance as required.
