Trade
For designers and the trade.
We have worked alongside interior designers, decorators and architects for generations. The trade program gives you a single point of contact, predictable scheduling, and the finishing work a project needs to close on time.
Trade pricing and turnaround.
Terms
Quotes are issued to the firm, in writing, and can be itemized per room or per client to suit your billing.
Workshop rug cleaning takes about two weeks on average; every rug is different, and any repairs needed will extend that time.
Repair and restoration are scheduled at assessment. Where a project has a fixed installation date, tell us at the outset and we will plan the work back from it.
The work between the rug and the room.
Finishing
Most rugs need something done to them before they are right for a particular room. We carry out that work in the studio, to the same standard as our conservation, so the finished piece arrives ready to lay.
Binding and serging
Cotton, linen, leather and custom tape bindings for broadloom and cut rugs.
Cutting to size
Broadloom and wall-to-wall cut to template, with hand-finished edges.
Padding
Pads specified for the floor, the traffic and the rug, cut to size.
Installation coordination
We liaise directly with your contractor, building and client.
Delivery booked to a time slot.
Logistics
Deliveries are booked to an agreed time slot, not a window of hours. We are used to service elevators, certificates of insurance, doormen and loading bays, and we will arrange all of it with the building ahead of time.
