Pickup and delivery
Manhattan buildings each have their own rules, and we plan around them. Before a visit we confirm service elevator times, send a certificate of insurance to the managing agent if one is required, and let the doorman know who to expect.
Pieces collected in Manhattan go to our Greenpoint studio, a short crossing away, for assessment. The work is then carried out at our Williston Park workshop or in your apartment, depending on what the piece needs, and delivery is booked back into the same building arrangements.
